Shipping

Your shipping fee will depend on your delivery address as well as your package size and weight. Our partner Courier is LBC and we shall charge you shipping rates accordingly.

If the address is not filled in correctly and this causes your order to be sent back to us, we will charge the shipping cost once again if the order is to be sent a second time.

Metro Manila: 2-3 Days, Luzon: 3-5 Days, Visayas: 5-7 Days, Mindanao: 5-7 Days.

Returns Policy

FAULTY PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that the product doesn’t work or if you consider the product to be defective, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at info@infinixworldwide.com to notify us that you would like to return your faulty item. We will arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of the faulty item.

WRONG PRODUCT

In the unlikely event we have delivered the wrong product, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at info@infinixworldwide.com to notify us that you would like to return your incorrect product. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched, as originally ordered within 5 working days of receipt of your incorrect item.

Cancellation and Change Order Policy

We allow for cancellations and change orders only if your item(s) have not been prepared for shipping. We are preparing packages all day so we should receive and acknowledge your cancellation or change order ASAP, after your order placement. Please send us an email or give us a call.
