GUARANTEE AND SERVICE:

1. Your INFINIX appliance is fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from the registered date of purchase.
2. Within the guarantee period, we will correct, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship, either by repairing or replacing the complete appliance as we may choose.
3. This guarantee will not hold if the appliance is damaged due to improper use.
4. The guarantee becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons and/or if original INFINIX parts are not used.
5. The warranty covers the appliance itself only and does not cover any injuries which may be sustained in the use thereof.
6. Any cost of repairs which may be carried out without having previous authority are the Purchaser’s responsibility and are not covered by the guarantee.
7. To obtain service within the guarantee period, register your purchased product and send your sales receipt through this portal.
